For white pasta sauce, you need - 1 cup of milk, 4 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of wheat or ragi flour, 2 teaspoons of grated cheddar cheese, half a teaspoon of chilli flakes, mixed herbs, leftover pasta water, salt to taste.

For sauteeing veggies, you need - 1 tablespoon olive oil, sliced half zucchini, some mushrooms, half yellow and red bell pepper, some broccoli florets, salt and pepper to taste

Steps to Follow:

For white pasta sauce:

Step 1: Add olive oil to a pan and add chilli flakes, mixed herbs and saute,

Step 2: Add wheat flour and stir continuously until it cooks and mixes properly with the oil,

Step 3: Add milk and whisk continuously to avoid flour sticking on the surface of the pan,
